STAGE 1
CASE LOGGING
The admin team will receive, log your case and check all the details required to proceed have been received. Your case and photos will be loaded on to our online portal which you will be able to track and log in to for case updates and discussion with your technician.
STAGE 2
CAD/CAM
Now we start to create your restoration following our phenotype morphology concept. We always recommend a full arch scan, bite and pre operative diagnostic. It will now be send to our state of the art 3D printers and our Japanese milling machines.
STAGE 3
CERAMICS & FINISHING
We use Ivoclar CeramArt for monolithic natural layering for pink and white aesthetics. For porcelain layering we have the very best materials Creation, GC SQN & LiSi and Ivoclar. We also use Matisse Ai shade matching to recreate nature.
STAGE 4
QUALITY CONTROL
We check everything under microscope and use the most accurate printers to ensure correct passivity. We then will create a custom case report and analysis for your case with two way feedback for learning. The journey never ends it is just a continuous cycle of learning and improvement.
